We offer reduced, flat-rate services for all cases (including divorce, adoption, and child custody/custody modifications) where you and all other parties are either in agreement about the terms or plan to work it out amongst yourselves.
Sometimes it's hard to get along with a spouse you plan on divorcing or a child's parent that you're no longer in a personal relationship with. The rates below are for when you need an attorney to negotiate, intervene, and offer traditional representation on your behalf.
The minimum amount we typically require to get started on a case.
The typical total minimum fee we require. We try to work with clients directly (no credit scores or pay-later services required) to work out zero-interest payment plans whenever possible.
The hourly rate that we will bill against our minimum fee. Clients are generally required in contested matters to have a credit balance with our firm equal to ten hours of attorney time that will be applied to our final invoice, with any unused balance refunded to you at that time.
All pricing is subject to attorney discretion and may be modified by a written agreement offered by Dalworth Legal, PLLC, to any potential client seeking to retain our services. These fees do not include any estimated court costs, fees for third-party experts, travel expenses, or other incidental fees that may accrue in your case.
