Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning

Wills & Trusts

Estate Plan - Single

$1,250.00

A standard estate plan includes a Last Will, Directive to Physicians, Medical & Statutory Powers of Attorney, HIPAA Authorization, Declaration of Guardian, and a Lady Bird Deed. For an explanation of these documents, please visit our F.A.Q. section or schedule a consultation.

Estate Plan - Couple

$2,000.00

No proof of marriage required - if you have a long-term partner you aren't married to and don't intend to marry, if you want to prepare an estate plan for yourself and a relative, or if you just want to bring a friend for the discount.

Living Trust

Starting at $5,000.00

A living trust is an estate planning tool that can allow your estate to bypass the probate process, saving your loved ones lots of time and money when you're gone and keeping your last wishes out of the public record. A living trust package includes everything in a standard estate plan in addition to the trust documents.

Probate

Small Estate Affidavit

$2,750.00

If someone has passed away without a will and less than $75,000.00, excluding their home, they may be qualified for a small estate affidavit which is much quicker and simpler than the standard probate process.

Probate with or without a will

$5,500.00

This is our standard minimum fee to handle probate proceedings, and does not include any court costs, publishing fees, or other incidentals that may accrue in the course of your case. If a probate matter becomes contested, your total attorney fees may and most likely will be higher.

All pricing is subject to attorney discretion and may be modified by a written agreement offered by Dalworth Legal, PLLC, to any potential client seeking to retain our services. These fees do not include any estimated court costs, fees for third-party experts, travel expenses, or other incidental fees that may accrue in your case.
