Home/New Clients

How can we help you?

Every case starts the same way: a free initial phone consultation with an attorney. Send an inquiry below or call. Taylor Matthews personally arranges consultations.

Accepting new clients across Texas No retainer, payment, or full intake form is required before the consultation. Retainers, payments, and intake forms are handled securely through Smokeball only after Dalworth Legal asks you to complete them.

Case Inquiry

Tell us about your case.

Three short steps to send an initial inquiry. This is not a full intake form, and you do not need to share confidential details yet.

  1. You send the basics. Choose the kind of matter, share your contact details, and add a sentence or two about what is going on.
  2. We run a conflicts check. Standard practice before any attorney can discuss your case.
  3. We reach out after the conflicts check. Our goal is to respond within one business day and arrange your free initial phone consultation within one week; timing depends on availability.

Submitting this form does not create an attorney-client relationship. Your information is used to contact you and to run conflicts checks, as described in our privacy policy. Time-sensitive matter? Call (682) 341-0005.

01 / 03 Your matter
What do you need help with?

Choose the closest fit — “not sure yet” is a perfectly good answer.

Please pick one — “not sure yet” counts.

How do we reach you?

Exactly what our privacy policy says we collect: name, email, and phone.

Please add your first name.

Please add your last name.

That email doesn't look right.

Please add a 10-digit phone number.

Briefly — what's going on?

A sentence or two is plenty. Please hold the confidential details for the consultation itself.

Please check the box above so we can proceed.

Other Ways In

Prefer another way?

Option one

Request a consultation

Send an inquiry using the form above. Taylor Matthews personally arranges consultations after reviewing your inquiry and checking for conflicts. Submitting the form does not book an appointment.

Option two

The old-fashioned way

Prefer to talk to a person? Give us a call to schedule a consultation directly with an attorney — not a call center, not an intake service.

Taylor R. Matthews, the attorney you'll actually speak with
You'll talk to your attorney. Dalworth Legal is a solo firm — every consultation is with Taylor R. Matthews himself.
