Criminal defense fees are given on a flat-fee basis. All prices below do not include the cost of any expert witnesses, private investigators, or any other service that you may consider for your case. Pre-trial and trial fees are separate amounts. For example, a pre-trial fee of $1,000 and a trial fee of $2,000 will make the total cost of your case $3,000.
A class C misdemeanor is any offense that you may receive a ticket of up to $500 for, such as speeding or theft of property valued less than $100. At this time, Dalworth Legal does not handle these cases.
A class B misdemeanor is punishable by up to 180 days in jail and a fine of $2,000.00.
A class A misdemeanor is punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of $4,000.00.
Punishable by up to two years in state jail and a fine of $10,000.00, with a mandatory minimum of 180 days in state jail.
Punishable by up to ten years in prison and a fine of $10,000.00, with a mandatory minimum of two years in prison.
Punishable by up to twenty years in prison and a fine of $10,000, with a mandatory minimum of two years in prison.
Punishable by up to ninety-nine years in prison and a fine of $10,000.00, with a mandatory minimum of five years in prison.
