Dalworth Legal is a law firm serving clients across the state of Texas. The firm's three main practice areas are: criminal law (including criminal defense for state crimes or federal crimes and appealing criminal cases), family law, and estate planning and probate services (including writing a valid will under Texas law, drafting a living trust, and creating power of attorney documents).
We serve every county in Texas, so whether you're looking for an attorney in Austin, Houston, Galveston, Dallas, Fort Worth, San Antonio, El Paso, or anywhere in between, we've got you covered! Many courts still prefer to hold virtual hearings, so don't worry about having to pay extra just because you're not in a major city! Our rates are no different for Tyler or Post than they are for Austin or Dallas.
Dalworth Legal started in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex (hence the name) through the Dallas Bar Association's Entrepreneurs in Community Lawyering program. While the firm has migrated to the Austin area, we still happily work with clients across the state of Texas to deliver the results you want and the justice you deserve.
Dalworth Legal keeps its legal services affordable by keeping up to date with the latest legal technology. We use artificial intelligence to ensure that our legal research is second to none in thoroughness and accuracy, as well as a personal library of important laws and cases to draw on. All of this combines when you retain Dalworth Legal to give you an attorney who is able to deliver results faster and cheaper than a traditional firm.
Taylor was born in Montana, but grew up in a small town between Austin and San Marcos. Like many of the rapidly-growing small towns in Texas, their unofficial slogan is "I remember when this was all fields."
Taylor received his degrees from two of the best universities in Texas - a bachelor's degree from U.T. Austin, and the Texas A&M University School of Law in Fort Worth. His experience in the legal field began in 2016 as an undergraduate legal assistant. Some of the highlights of Taylor's early career include working as an immigration paralegal with Indeed (it was a very fun "tech company" office - pool tables, coffee bar, the whole nine yards) and as an intern with the Dallas County Public Defender's Office, where Taylor helped prepare defense cases for people facing capital punishment and felony convictions.
